The business that I have chosen to research on
is Toshiba. It is an international company, which offers diversified products
and services. It’s diversified products and services include information
technology, communications equipment and systems, electronic components and
materials, consumer electronics, industry and infrastructure systems,
lightings, logistics and many more.
Recently Toshiba has been facing a number of
financial problems, which has made the company to go under severe losses.
Toshiba has to make changes in its marketing mix in order to counter its
financial crisis. It has to learn from its previous strategies and successfully
make modifications in its marketing mix.
