The battery of EVs is recognized as a transportable energy storages that can be used to support the demand response services in smart power grid and provide EV owners with cost benefit cite{Tan}. Therefore, the energy battery storage should be considered and carefully designed to maintain the power grid. Energy storage systems are anticipated to provide constant energy in such smart gird paradigm from fabrication to the consumers without any disruption during the peak times hours at reliable manner with high quality of power standards to avoid fluctuations that may happen in frequency/voltage. Electricity demand and the daily scheduling of energy consumption are the major challenges on the peak load demandscite{sabak}. Thus, Utilities worldwide are making determinations to integrate operational tools into the smart grid by empower communication systems, sensors and digital information to build healthy intelligent system capable of managing all the uncertainties belongs to renewable generation or load demand. The major contribution of this article is to develop a new framework of energy flow conversion technology employing V2G, together with EV battery charging and grid connected mode. The presented framework can operate in grid connected mode and recognise local to recognise DR through integrating aggregator controller of EV in parking lots.  The aggregator present a number of proposals including opportunities for charging/discharging batteries storage. Hence, the control node includes various units to facilitate real-time decision making. On the other hand, the integrated control unit of energy bi-directional transformation for the V2G coordination, which consists of  EV battery controller and smart grid controller. The EMS will be connected with the EV charger station to achieve demand response process using coordination approach. The EMS unit can control the EVs charger in case of load has been excessed in the power grid. However, coordinated charging does not require upgrading the distribution infrastructure and base on communication connectivity to achieve the gaol, as shown in Fig.1 The remainder of this article is organized as follows. Section II elaborates on the Vehicle to grid connections functionality and highlights the communications technology. Section III presents the new farmworker of energy flow optimization requirements of the features V2G conceptions with respect to the benefits. Section IV delivers a case study scenario using modified IEEE 13 node. Finally, concluding remarks are provided in Section V.
